At Knomo.com, products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the original order for full priced items, or 14 days for sale or discounted items. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. For all returns, the cost of the return delivery to their offices is required to be covered by the customer. However, if an item is being replaced due to a fault or incorrect delivery, Knomo will pay for the item to be returned. Refunds are processed to the card that was used for payment of the original order and may take up to 14 working days in the UK, dependent on the bank/card issuer. Refunds cover the cost of the original purchase, excluding delivery charges.

As for the shipping policy, Knomo partners with Interpost and DHL for domestic and international purchases. Delivery charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
